Must Haves
- Minimum 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Experience drafting and arguing motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Strong discovery management experience, including document review and production
- Witness preparation experience for hearings, arbitrations, and trials
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
Nice to Haves
