What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at AISIN Electronics Illinois, LLC?
We currently have an opening for an Accounting Clerk in our Finance Department.
This position will be responsible for Accounts Payable, which will include entering all invoices into the Oracle system, matching receipts with appropriate documentation, image & catalogue vendor invoicing, process check disbursements and provide necessary wire details to Finance personnel for remittance purposes. In addition, this position will include assisting the Finance Manager with the administration of the Purchase Order process, assisting with the completion of Accounts Receivable, which may include issuing sales invoices and preparing for monthly intercompany Sales Summaries. Furthermore, this position will include all other duties assigned by Section Manager.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in accounts payable within an ERP system. An Associate Degree is preferred but not required. Candidates must be self-starters, highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask. Must have very strong computer skills in Oracle Purchasing & Payable modules.
