WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Process and verify invoices
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist with journal entries and accruals
• Support job costing and expense tracking
• Process expense reports and mileage
• Answer calls for the Controller and Accounts Payable
• Track key distributions
• Distribute interoffice mail twice daily
• Prepare quarterly compliance letters
• Pull monthly bank statements
• Help resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Microsoft Excel and accounting software experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
