YOUR DAY
Our Replacement Sales Representative is an outside sales master, proactively engaging in lead generation efforts and fostering connections with new and existing clients. Your focus is on closing deals for residential HVAC replacements, and you adjust your strategies to achieve the best possible results. As you participate in referral programs, door-to-door marketing initiatives, and other outside sales activities, you represent our brand professionally and complete all paperwork promptly.
You engage with prospects, assess their heating and air conditioning needs, and create custom solutions for their homes. Diligently, you review solutions and products with homeowners and Big Box associates, properly demonstrating why we're the best choice for the job. You always act with integrity and honesty, setting a positive tone for sales appointments and strengthening client relationships. As you go on calls, you generate cost estimates, complete surveys, and do what you can to maintain a strong closing ratio. You follow up with prospects and actively pursue outside sales opportunities, making a lasting impact on our business!
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Relationship-building skills and a commitment to customer service
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Verbal and written English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work occasional weekends and overtime with little notice
