Service Technician Supervisor

Collaborating closely with RNC and Retail teams, you'll ensure seamless customer experiences while driving the advancement of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor service technicians, fostering their professional development.
• Provide exemplary leadership, training, and coaching to optimize team performance.
• Address performance issues promptly and effectively.
• Uphold safety standards rigorously, ensuring team members prioritize safety at all times.
• Deliver regular performance updates to senior management.
• Manage work priorities, evaluate schedules, and optimize production.
• Oversee procurement and distribution of materials and equipment for scheduled jobs.
• Ensure compliance with administrative guidelines for timesheets, expenses, and reporting.
• Facilitate prompt completion of all required training for the team.
• Maintain the highest quality standards for all field and office work.
• Safeguard company assets by monitoring the handling of trucks, tools, and inventory.
• Lead effective hiring processes and maintain optimal team staffing.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and operations.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute for education).
• 5 years of experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an HVAC Service Supervisor.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Driving and operating a motorized vehicle required.
• Wear required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, etc.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods.
• Adequate hearing and vision capabilities.
• Proficiency in entering data into a computer.
• Utilize arms and hands for various tasks and activities.
