- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience required
- Must be a craftsman of our trade
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communicator
- Desire to learn, grow, and be the best in this industry
- Learn and follow the proven Aire Serv installation processes
- Proficient at installing HVAC equipment for Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
- Clean background with no felonies
- Drug free
- Clean driving record
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to work within a team environment
