Seeking Experienced HVAC service technicians with great attitudes!
Job Requirements:
- Positive Attitude
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC
- Capable of troubleshooting complex HVAC systems
- Have a genuine desire to help people
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and be the best in this industry
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communicator
- Learn and follow the proven Aire Serv systems and processes
- Diagnose, Repair, and Maintain HVAC equipment for Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
- Share on-call rotation duties with other service professionals
- Clean background with no felonies
- Drug-free workplace
- Over 21 with a clean driving record
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Able to run 3 to 5 calls per day
