Salary Range: $67,297 - $87,482 (based on experience and locality)

- Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and Food Handler certifications A degree in education (or a field related to the position – Ex: Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Youth Development, Human Development & Family Studies, Education or Training fields) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1. Professional knowledge of child and youth development theory and practices supporting physical, emotional, cognitive, and social growth. 2. Knowledge of DoD certification, Boys and Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), 4 H, and Council on Accreditation (COA) standards. governing accreditation and certification. 3. Knowledge of safety and security regulations, including NFPA, OSHA, EPA, CPSC, and USDA requirements. 4. Skill in analyzing data and producing quantitative and narrative reports. 5. Ability to plan, organize, and direct staff in a dynamic youth program environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise GS and NAF staff, including hiring, performance management, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement youth programs, clubs, activities, and special events
- Ensure compliance with COA accreditation, DoD certification, and AF inspection standards
- Oversee budgets, cash handling, USDA food program requirements, and facility maintenance
- Conduct monthly fire, safety, and health inspections
- Coordinate with Family Advocacy, Public Health, Fire, Safety, and Medical Advisor
- Support parent engagement, conferences, and the Parent Advisory Board
- Maintain a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for youth ages 5–12
