The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a full-time Supervisory Acquisition Program Manager, NH-1101-04, to work for the Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (DAF RCO) located at AFDW Pentagon in Washington DC.
The AFRCO's Digital Integration Division manages the execution of an innovative secure operations software pathway that fuses data across military, intelligence, and commercial enterprises in order to enable conflict and competition effects and deliver key and timely data to protect US and allied systems and supply chains. This position requires exceptional leadership to directly coordinate with and rapidly respond to urgent requests from multiple DoW and other agencies

Leads a 40 person multi-functional team and is responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of an innovative, all-domain cloud-based systems portfolio. ACAT 1-equivalent PM leading the execution of multiple contracts valued at over $500M and providing development, operations, sustainment, and procurement of a secure, world-wide Digital Infrastructure. Manages and exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities for military and civilian personnel. Directly coordinates with senior leaders and stakeholders.

- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Employee must be able to obtain and maintain approval to access the portfolio of Special Access Programs required to perform daily duties.
- Employee is in a designated position that requires consent and thereafter be subject to and successfully complete, an initial, periodic, and random counterintelligence (CI)-scope polygraph examination as a condition of employment. The employee must successfully take and pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) Examination.
- This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employees must pass initial and periodic short-notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.

- The employee must meet the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) requirements applicable to the duties of the position.
- Financial Disclosure: Employee must within 30-days of assuming this position and annually thereafter, file an OGE-450, “Confidential Financial Disclosure Report.” Employee is required to attend annual ethics and procurement integrity training.
- This is a Critical Acquisition Position (CAP). Unless specifically waived by the appropriate component official, i.e., the Director of Acquisition Career Management for the component, the Service Acquisition Executive, or the Service Secretary, the following are statutorily mandated requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Congress and Public Affairs.
- In-depth knowledge of program planning, budget and financial management cycles and policies.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and present complex facts and develop programming and budgetary strategies.
- Ability to identify problems, develop and implement innovative detailed strategies to resolve a wide range of programming, budgetary, financial and management issues.
- Ability to negotiate resolution of complex budget and financial execution issues.
- Ability to interpret and apply fiscal policy and financial rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Ability to execute complex projects and/or studies within established time constraints.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key individuals/groups within and outside immediate work unit including field level representatives.
- Ability to advise senior leaders, Program Element Monitors and field-level representatives.
