Who May Apply: 448th Supply Chain Management Wing Federal Employees.

In this position you will serve as enterprise program analyst, applying logistics, operations security/logistics experience to analyze, develop, and evaluate issues, develop, and coordinate recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations for wing programs across multiple operating locations.

• 1. Extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing.
• 2. Master knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance.
• 3. Extensive knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices as related to the requirements for performance-based logistics, acquisition, supply maintenance, procurement procedures, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and other support areas.
• 4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with accuracy, and maintain good working relations with all individuals and organizations.
• 5. Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution.
• 6. Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required.
