The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a full time Management & Program Analyst, Group Resource Advisor (GG-0343-13), working at the 567th Cyberspace Operations Group (COG), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Lackland Air Force Base (AFB), San Antonio, Texas.
This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V2007.
Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period.
Salary ($108,001 - $140,403) based on experience.

Qualifications/Requirements
In this position you will serve on the Commander’s Support Staff, 567 COG within the 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW), JBSA-Lackland, TX. The incumbent serves as a staff analyst, evaluator, and advisor to management and supports 600 person Group by providing a range of advisory/ analytical services involving resource management, budget, manpower, and contracting initiatives. Accomplishes complex projects, resolves controversial issues and develops and presents recommendations to the commander and 67 CW for final reprogramming actions.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain & maintain a “Top Secret/SCI” Security clearance
This position requires at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
This position is designated as a Drug Test Designated Position

- Knowledge of laws, principles, policies, and practice of Program Management, Planning, Programming Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES), and of security policies and practices in order to protect classified and sensitive information.
- Knowledge of business, industrial management, contracting procedures, technical concepts, and production practices to evaluate contractor proposals and activities; and applicable safety practices for the work environment of this position.
- Knowledge of the missions, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operation of the Department of Defense, Air Force, and other entities that govern, interface with, and/or influence the program management process and their relation to budgeting and execution.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage critical aspects of research, development, production, and support of subsystems or equipment, and integrate, analyze, and manage a variety of program functions, and personnel in support of the process.
