- Position is designated special-sensitive and requires a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed. Employee must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret w/SCI clearance must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret w/SCI clearance.
- This position is designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions present a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety. It is required that you (a) refrain from the use of illegal drugs and (b) if requested, submit to urinalysis testing.
- Knowledge and skill in the application of management engineering principles, concepts, and methodologies, Joint Manpower directives, concepts, procedures, guidance, and policy.
- Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution issues or problems concerning efficiency, effectiveness, and cost of program operations to devise organizational structuring options for complex, diverse organizations.
- Knowledge of military human resource management functions, theories, and techniques, and the basic relationships of various human resource disciplines sufficient to advise management regarding rules and procedures.
- Knowledge of program goals and objectives; the sequence and timing of key events and milestones; and the relationship of various entities involved in the overall programming, budgeting, and planning process for acquiring resources.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to gain cooperation from others through tact, courtesy, and diplomacy.
- Ability to execute projects and/or studies within established resources and/or time constraints. Ability to design, build, program, and use models and simulation techniques to facilitate findings.
