Qualifications/Requirements
This position is located in the Air Force CV-22 Osprey Directorate (WIB) within the V-22 Joint Program Office located at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The principal purpose of this position is to serve as the logistics management specialist (non-supervisory) within one of the Joint Program Offices Integrated Product Support Team with a primary focus in Air Force needs while working with our Joint Service partners to manage life cycle support for assigned systems and equipment throughout all phases of program development, acquisition, and operational deployment. You will coordinate and integrate actions related to the development, execution, and oversight of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Elements for assigned systems and equipment. These actions range across the logistics management spectrum to include the coordination and development of planning for, provisioning, allowancing, configuration management, requirements determination, repairable management, postproduction support, budgetary planning and execution, overall program support management, logistic data maintenance, maintenance planning, procurement execution, packaging, handling, storage and transportation.

Full time telework or remote telework is not authorized for this position
Situational telework will be authorized on case-by-case basis according to organizational internal policies
Candidate must have 52 weeks in lower grade to be considered for the position
Candidate may be considered for more than one position
Candidate is required to complete 80 Continuous Learning Points (CLP) every 24 months
Position may be subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY) away from home station (up to 25%)
Candidate may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours to include evenings and weekends and may be subject to recall to meet mission requirements

Duties
- Coordinate and integrate actions related to the development, execution, and oversight of supply support for assigned systems and equipment. Coordinate and develop planning for: provisioning, allowancing, configuration management, requirements determination, repairable management, postproduction support, budgetary planning and execution, packaging, handling, storage and transportation. - Serve as the designated member of the ILS management team for assigned systems, equipment/platforms and provides supply expertise to assist acquisition managers. - Participate in all phases of integrated logistics support planning from Department of Defense throughout the life cycle of all assigned systems and associated equipment. - Perform services related to ILS elements other than Supply Support and serve on non-program related policy committees for the development of new processes. - Possess an understanding of the Department of Defense, the USN, USMC, USAF and NAVAIR organizational structures. - Represent the Joint Program Office (JPO) during strategic planning, programming, budgeting, and organizing initiatives for V-22 sustainment. - Perform technical evaluations on aircraft upgrades. - Communicate program status to JPO senior leadership, USN, USMC, USAF, AFSOC and industry partners.
