The primary purpose of this position is to exercise 2nd level (or higher) supervisory and managerial authorities. Directs work activities through subordinate supervisors/leads with responsibility for providing advice, accountability, and expertise to higher management and/or senior leadership on a continuous basis. Exercises control over the organizational element by providing direction, planning, and leadership for assigned subordinate personnel. Mission Statement - Deliver Airworthy, Combat-Ready Aircraft Qualifications: - U.S. Citizenship - Obtain & maintain Security clearance - This may be a designated Drug Testing Position - Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical (if applicable) - The employee may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours to include overtime, and/or days, swings, or owl shifts. - Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft/vehicle to conferences, meetings, or functions away from the duty office/location. Travel may include overnight stays. - May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours and/or Shift work may be required which may include overtime and/or compensatory hours.
