Who May Apply: U.S. Citizens
In this position you will serve as an embedded resource to connect employees and leaders with helping agency resources and referral to help individuals resolve ongoing life issues. You will identify trends to leadership and assist with developing solutions to help resolve negative cultures/trends in the organization assigned. You will conduct trainings such as safeTalk, Suicide Prevention, and resilience skills. You will collect data in a metric database to identify larger community issues/trends to assist Community Action Team / Community Action Board to determine programs that may resolve identified issues through data driven decisions.
Requirements
Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period. Upon completion of your probationary/trial period, your employment will be terminated unless you receive certification, in writing, that your continued employment advances the public interest.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Obtain & maintain a Security clearance
- Must receive required certification (Master Resilience Trainer) within 24 months of assignment.
- May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours.
- The employee may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty
- Knowledge of available community resource on and off the installation (i.e. Military & Family Readiness Center, Employee Assistance Program, Civilian Health Promotion Services, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response, etc.)
- Knowledge of computers: Computer system/software, databases, and statistical techniques.
- Skill in preparing and presenting large and small group training events with the ability to adapt materials based on a variety of audiences.
- Ability to develop and present reports for senior leadership.
- Ability to interface with a wide range of personnel, including senior leadership, with tact, courtesy, diplomacy and professionalism.
- Ability to effectively teach, lead and assist with committees, working groups and teams.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with leadership, organizations, and individuals to identify, establish, modify and provide referral assistance.
- Ability to compile and analyze trends and survey data to provide recommended courses of action.
