Provides/enables integrated commercial economic capabilities through the development, acquisition, modernization, integration, and support of affordable and sustainable advanced aerospace; cyberspace; munitions; nuclear; and command, control, and communications capabilities.

Qualifications/Requirements
- U.S. Citizenships Required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance.
- Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing.
- A finance, economic, or analytic degree at the bachelor's level from an accredited institution is highly desired. An advanced degree in is preferred.
- Education and/or expert level of experience within the Program Management field, as it applies to R&D projects and efforts within the intelligence arena, and a comprehensive knowledge and/or practical application within Contracting Office Representative (COR) and/or acquisition arena is desired.
- Comprehensive knowledge of USAF and DoD Intelligence Community organizations, policies, and directives to plan, understand and develop relationships and guidance to anticipate and prepare materials required to respond to communications from external activities.
- Expert knowledge of acquisition policy and guidance, and the role risk plays throughout a weapon systems lifecycle, acquisition intelligence analysis mission and strategy, and roles and responsibilities of risk management offices in support of USAF research laboratories, acquisition program offices, and lifecycle management, nuclear, sustainment, and system testing enterprises. Extensive knowledge of the intelligence cycle and intelligence policy and guidance, and the structure, organization, roles and missions, and inter-relationships of the national Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, and USAF.
- Comprehensive skills in oral communications to present sensitive information and/or recommendations on complex matters to higher authorities; skilled in written communications sufficient to develop internal procedures and directives dealing with complex issues, organize ideas and present findings in a logical manner with supporting, as well as adverse, criteria for specific issues, and to prepare material complicated by short deadlines and limited information.
- The incumbent must be able to analyze information and data, and assess progress of programs, projects, and processes; identify areas needing emphasis, and thus provide guidance and leadership in implementing effective methods to task support work, resolve problems, correct deficiencies, evaluate support to management and assure that the management's objectives are being met.
- Knowledge and understanding of administrative and management principles, practices, methods and techniques, and skill in integrating those services with the general management of the organization.
