Salary range: $101,375 to $156,715

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the base level Cybersecurity manager for the classified / unclassified networks and IT systems. Develop, implement, and evaluate the overall information system security program and policies.
• Manage the TEMPEST program and protect classified information from being compromised through unintentional electronic equipment emissions.
• Oversee the base communications security program for safeguarding, accounting, and auditing cryptographic keys, encryption devices, and secure communication materials.
• Implement a continuous monitoring program for the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to secure, authorize, and manage the classified / unclassified base networks throughout their lifecycle.
• Direct the computer security program and establish base-wide policies to manage security awareness and training programs for all base users
• Establish an Incident Response Team (IRT) to identify, report, contain, and resolve all cybersecurity threats.
• Maintain acceptable cybersecurity posture, ensuring alignment with all DoW, Air Force, and federal compliance frameworks.
• Staff and manage Unit Control Center (UCC) in support of the base Emergency Operations Center (EOC) specializing in resource support for the Communications and Information Division.
  
  

Requirements

• Obtain & maintain a TS Security clearance
• This is a designated Drug Testing Position
• Meet DoD Manual 8140.03 Requirements, with certifications like CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) being common requirements.
• Work may occasionally require travel for training or conferences.
