This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V2007.
In the position, you will serve as a supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 67 Operations Support Squadron, Current Operations Division. To provide the 67 Cyberspace Wing with extensive, broadly-based experience and knowledge across the entire spectrum of communications, information technology and cyberspace operations mission areas. Duties involve locating, evaluating, and implementing technical solutions to critical communications and information technology requirements, as well as, executing senior-level advisory responsibilities for multi-domain cyberspace operations planning and execution guidance for wartime, contingency and exercise support operations.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance
- This position is designated by the Air Force as a testing designated position under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program and is subject to random drug testing
- Mastery of advanced management and organizational principles, practices, regulations, laws, methods, and techniques to manage the executive services staff and various programs.
- Knowledge of Air Force organizations, Information Warfare Community agencies, Air Force Instructions and Intelligence Community Directives governing information technology planning, cybersecurity assessment and authorization, and cyberspace operations.
- Knowledge of personnel management, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
- Skill in analyzing difficult organizational issues and problems involving organizational operations and the ability to develop, prepare, or recommend new or revised directives, policies, and implementing instructions; and developing and presenting unique or adaptive solutions targeted for any particular aspect of the organization's operation.
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors. Must work well with others and lead with compassion and understanding.
- Cyberspace Qualification is a condition of employment. This position includes Cyberspace work as a paramount duty requirement. Per Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 8140.03, para 4.2.a.(2)., requires foundational qualification requirements within 9 months of assignment to a cyberspace work role and resident qualification requirements within 12 months of assignment to a cyberspace work role. A waiver of these requirements may be granted per DoDM 8140.03. Failure to achieve and maintain the proper Cyberspace Qualification may result in removal from this position.
- Key Position: The duties of this position meet all requirements for a Category 4 designation. Because vacating this role during a national emergency or mobilization would seriously impair the agency's ability to function effectively, the incumbent must be removed from—and cannot join—the Ready Reserve, in accordance with Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 1200.7, “Screening the Ready Reserve.”
- Mobility: Mobility is a condition of employment. The employee must sign an Air Force-wide mobility agreement.
- The employee must demonstrate flexibility in responding to a changing operating environment, exercise personal initiative in the timely identification of problems, and use sound judgment to balance and synthesize differing views in resolving conflicts that may arise.
- The employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
