Workers’ Compensation Litigation Associate

Our client, a nationally recognized civil litigation defense firm, is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Litigation Associate to join its California team. This is a strong opportunity to gain hands-on experience handling a diverse caseload while working within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Work On:
- Defending employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters
- Managing cases from evaluation through resolution
- Conducting discovery and preparing case strategy
- Attending workers’ compensation hearings and proceedings
- Communicating directly with clients and providing case updates
- Supporting litigation efforts across employment-related matters
What We’re Looking For:
- Active California Bar admission
- 1 year of workers’ compensation experience preferred (not required)
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
