Mid-Level Litigation Associate – Private Wealth & Fiduciary Litigation A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its nationally recognized Private Wealth & Fiduciary Litigation team. This position may be based in either the Silicon Valley or San Francisco office, with a preference for Silicon Valley.Our team includes highly regarded trial attorneys with deep experience handling complex disputes involving private wealth. The practice focuses on matters related to trusts, estates, conservatorships, and adult guardianships, including claims of breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary misconduct, fraud, investment mismanagement, financial elder abuse, and will and trust contests. The group has a strong record of success in high-stakes litigation across U.S. jurisdictions and internationally.Associates in this practice receive meaningful responsibility early in their careers, including opportunities for trial experience, direct client interaction, and exposure to sophisticated legal issues impacting families, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries.
