Key Responsibilities
- Handle contested hearings, temporary orders, and trials
- Lead negotiations in adversarial matters
- Develop and execute trial strategy, including stepping in when mediation is unsuccessful
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony
- Review and revise pleadings, motions, and responses prepared by the drafting team
- Support clients through court appearances using a thoughtful, client-centered approach
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000–$200,000, depending on experience
- Performance bonus tied to collected revenue above target
- 10% origination bonus on self-generated matters

Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license or reciprocity in progress
- 3 years of family law litigation experience, or 5 years of civil litigation with a demonstrated transition into family law
- Strong courtroom experience, including contested hearings and/or trials
- Solid understanding of civil procedure and family law deadlines
- Board Certification in Family Law or Trial Law is a plus
- High level of emotional intelligence and sound judgment
- Strong professional reputation, including client and peer endorsements
