We are seeking an experienced and passionate BCBA Clinical Director to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality ABA services. The Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership, supervise BCBAs and clinical staff, ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and drive positive outcomes for clients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight for ABA programs and treatment plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Monitor client progress and maintain high standards of care.
- Collaborate with families, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support staff training, professional development, and performance management.
- Contribute to program growth, quality improvement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and good standing with the BACB.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 5 years of ABA clinical experience, including leadership and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, clinical best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
