Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Construction Foreman with a minimum of five (5) years of experience leading commercial HVAC installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and submittals, and extensive experience installing a variety of HVAC equipment while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation crews on commercial construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals.
- Plan and schedule daily work activities to meet project deadlines.
- Install, troubleshoot, and oversee the installation of HVAC systems.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.
- Train and mentor technicians and apprentices.
- Maintain job site documentation and communicate project progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Construction Foreman.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and submittals.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC installation practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
