Strategic Account Executive
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Compensation: $150k base, $300k OTE

Responsibilities:
- Create new pipeline within enterprise accounts through proactive outbound strategies, including social selling, cold outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to execute coordinated go-to-market plays.
- Leverage insights gathered from events, campaigns, and referrals to accelerate new opportunity creation.
- Own and exceed revenue goals associated with core SaaS offerings.
- Build new relationships, learn competitive landscapes, and position the value through consultative discovery.
- Measure success based on closed-won ARR, deal progression, and accurate forecasting.
- Develop a strategic territory plan focused on engaging Fortune-level organizations (10K employees).
- Travel as needed to meet customers, attend industry trade shows, and participate in team events.
- Sustain long-term relationships to drive successful implementations, expansions, and referrals.
- Own your book of business with clear strategy for advancing deals through complex buying cycles.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and update activity daily.
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and areas where you need support.
- Work in a team-selling environment, leveraging internal SMEs and executive support to drive outcomes.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Support existing customers with expansion and upsell opportunities requiring a sales motion.
Requirements:
- 7 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions.
- Proven success in consultative, value-based selling and replacing incumbent technology.
- Strong experience managing long sales cycles within global organizations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and navigate multiple buyer personas (HR, L&D, Finance, Operations, etc.).
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and disciplined with CRM management.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Prior experience in Talent, Engagement, Learning, Training, or HCM technology is a plus.
