Compensation: $90,000–$93,000 annually 5% annual bonus opportunity

AimHire is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Project Manager to join their PMO team. This role is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels in managing cross-functional projects, supporting client onboarding, and improving operational workflows.
This fully remote position welcomes candidates across the continental U.S., with Central Time as the core working hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing project plans and drive execution across multiple functional teams.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, set project timelines, and assign responsibilities for onboarding and internal projects.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure application requirements and integrations remain aligned with project scope.
- Provide weekly project updates and maintain consistent follow-up with internal departments and client partners.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs and process maps.
- Coordinate final implementation steps with Customer Success, Finance, Technology, and Operations to ensure seamless transitions.
- Work independently while keeping leadership informed of progress, challenges, and resource needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of project management or operations experience in a professional services environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience partnering with clients and cross-functional teams
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Minimal travel required
