Product & Content Marketing Manager
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $115–$125K/year 10% bonus
AimHire is partnering with a leading SaaS organization to hire a creative, strategic, and highly hands-on Product & Content Marketing Manager. This person will own go-to-market storytelling, content strategy, social presence, community engagement, and field/event marketing initiatives.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborating closely with Demand Generation, Product, and Sales, this role is ideal for a versatile marketer who excels at the intersection of product positioning, content creation, and multi-channel execution.
You’ll craft compelling product narratives, lead GTM planning for major launches, manage brand voice and consistency across platforms, reinvigorate the customer community, and play a significant role in an upcoming rebrand and website reskin project. This is a senior individual-contributor role designed for someone who loves being hands-on, shaping messaging, and driving measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & GTM Execution
- Own go-to-market planning for product launches, feature releases, and major updates.
- Develop launch briefs, positioning, messaging, and target audience definitions.
- Create sales enablement collateral (one-pagers, battlecards, decks, FAQs).
- Translate product capabilities into clear, value-driven customer narratives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across the website, campaigns, and sales materials.
- Support visibility on analyst and review platforms (G2, Gartner, Capterra, etc.).
Content Strategy & Creation
- Manage the editorial calendar and deliver content across owned channels.
- Produce and oversee blogs, eBooks, case studies, reports, videos, and sales materials.
- Align all content with product messaging, ICP pain points, and marketing pillars.
- Partner with Demand Generation on campaign and website optimization (SEO-focused).
- Maintain tone, voice, and visual consistency across all assets.
Social Media & Brand Visibility
- Manage the company’s social channels and elevate brand voice.
- Repurpose long-form content into high-engagement formats.
- Track performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Support community, influencer, and partner initiatives through organic promotion.
Field Marketing & Event Execution
- Plan and manage presence at trade shows, conferences, and road shows.
- Own all event logistics, budgets, collateral, and internal coordination.
- Build event assets (presentations, signage, swag, content).
- Partner with Sales and Demand Gen on pre- and post-event campaigns.
Community Management
- Revive, lead, and grow the customer/prospect community.
- Create engagement programs, facilitate discussions, and connect customers, prospects, and advocates.
- Build relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders.
- Drive participation in webinars, eBooks, social campaigns, and live sessions.
Special Project – Rebrand & Website Reskin
- Lead development of the new brand messaging framework (value proposition, tone, voice).
- Own website content and messaging updates with narrative and SEO alignment.
- Audit and update all existing collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies, event materials).
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (product marketing or integrated marketing preferred).
- Proven track record managing product launches and multi-channel GTM programs.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Experience supporting brand refresh, website content, or messaging initiatives.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted content and creative tools.
- Strong project management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable operating as a senior, hands-on IC in a lean, fast-paced environment.
