AP Supervisor

Position: Accounts Payable Supervisor

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth

This is an open-ended contract position paying $33.65 per hour (equivalent to $70K annually). The role is hybrid, Monday–Friday in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor for a temporary assignment in the D/FW area. This is a hybrid role that requires a hands-on leader who can support day-to-day processing while providing oversight and structure to the A/P function.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Support and oversee day-to-day A/P activities
• Assist in evaluating A/P volume, workflows, and processes
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
• Help implement best practices and maintain operational consistency
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Supervisor or Lead role
• Strong hands-on A/P processing experience
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Concur and Monday Board preferred
• Experience working directly with vendors
• Ability to assess processes and suggest improvements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
