AIG Enterprises is seeking driven individuals to join our Tampa team as Health Benefits Advisors within our growing Health & Life Insurance Sales division.
In this position, you'll develop an understanding of insurance products, learn how to identify customer needs, and help customers explore available coverage options.
We provide training and ongoing mentorship to help qualified candidates develop the knowledge and confidence needed for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients regarding their health and life insurance interests.
- Learn about available insurance coverage options and product features.
- Explain insurance benefits, product information, and coverage details when licensed and authorized.
- Assist customers throughout the application and enrollment process as permitted.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records.
- Develop strong client relationships through professional service.
- Participate in ongoing insurance product, compliance, and sales training.
