AIG Enterprises is expanding our Health & Life Insurance Sales operations in Tampa and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Health Support Specialists.
In this position, you'll assist customers with insurance-related questions, support sales activities, and help create a positive experience for individuals exploring health and life insurance coverage.
We're looking for individuals who communicate well, enjoy working with others, and want to grow professionally.
Daily Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective and existing insurance customers.
- Provide general information about available health and life insurance services.
- Support insurance sales representatives with customer inquiries and follow-up.
- Help customers understand general coverage terminology and administrative processes.
- Direct licensed insurance questions or transactions to authorized team members when necessary.
- Participate in continued customer service and sales training.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching.
- Customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
- Interest in developing knowledge of Health & Life Insurance Industry
