We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect, to lead multiple small to medium‑scale projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong, clear communicator and comfortable managing client relationships and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all phases of assigned architectural projects, both renovations and new construction.
- Develop strategic plans to ensure project success
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Oversee technical and administrative project execution
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates
- Communicate directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Assign and coordinate tasks across project staff
- Architecture license in Colorado (preferred)
- 10 years of architectural experience
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.S. and or Masters in Arch) from an accredited program
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Microsoft 365, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Salary range: $117,830 – $136,900, based on experience and qualifications
