Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously, or lead fewer large-scale projects, overseeing all aspects from scope definition through project close-out.
- Develop and maintain strategic project schedules, proactively identifying risks and adjusting plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate all project efforts — both administrative and technical — to ensure efficient, cost-effective execution.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, presenting technical and design solutions directly to clients and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Actively manage project communications, documentation, budgets, and team assignments to keep projects on track.
- Lead client meetings and project reviews, providing clear status updates on schedule, budget, and scope.
- ArchiCAD (current version) — primary design and documentation platform.
- Microsoft Office Suite — project communications, scheduling, and reporting.
- Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop — document management and design presentation.
- Bluebeam Revu — plan review, markup, and collaboration (firm adoption in progress).
- MasterSpec — specification writing (integration underway).
- Timekeeping software — project hour tracking and billing.
