The Position
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team as Job Captain. In this role, you are responsible for the development of the Revit Model and the production of 2D documentation. You would act as the primary resource throughout the project, from start to finish, working collaboratively with the Studio Lead and Project Architect/Designer to understand the project requirements and help supervise the work of other design team members. This position is in the South Denver Metro area
Compensation for this position is based on work experience, job-related knowledge/education, qualifications, and geographic availability to our Rocky Mountain Office location in the South Denver metro area. This position is full-time, hourly non-exempt, and is eligible for benefits. Base pay range is: $33.00 to $42.00 per hour.

This position is full-time, hourly non-exempt, and is eligible for benefits. Base pay range is: $33.00 to $42.00 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities
- Produces progress phase deliverables and presentation materials according to office standards, project contract requirements and the design direction of the Studio Lead and Project Architect
- Produces complete construction documents in alignment with project goals and code requirements, checking for accuracy, quality and consistency of the work product
- Effectively collaborates with Project Architect/Designer, consultants and contractors, ensuring continuity throughout the project
- Assists in managing project schedules, provides timely support to the project team during all phases, from design to construction
- Conducts thorough code research and applies knowledge to ensure project compliance
- Attend job site meetings, issue supplementals and drawings review during Construction Administration
- Assist in training junior staff to help grow their skillset and increase their knowledge

- 5 years of experience in the field of Architecture developing BIM models and 2D documentation
- Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field, or equivalent education/experience
- Understanding of BIM industry standards and best practices
- Proficient in Revit 3D modeling and 2D drafting
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of sustainable design, construction materials, engineering disciplines, and construction techniques
- Experience working effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
