The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of project development, from conceptual design through construction administration. You will work closely with project managers and clients to create construction drawings and must be proficient in Revit. Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and prepare presentation materials.
- Produce construction documents.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals and presentations.
- Utilize Revit, Twinmotion and Bluebeam for design and documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 3 years of experience in an architectural firm preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Understanding of building codes and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience with commercial project types.
- Licensure or working towards licensure is a plus.
- Norther Colorado Resident is a plus.
