Architectural Job Captain

We’re looking for a Job Captain to support architectural projects from design development through construction administration. This role works closely with the Project Manager and production team to ensure high-quality drawings, code compliance, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities Assist with project schedules, staffing, and coordination with consultants and agencies. Lead production of Design Development and Construction Documents using CAD/Revit. Prepare cartoon sets, work plans, redlines, and maintain drafting/CCA standards. Research materials, products, and building codes; coordinate specs and finishes. Review subconsultant drawings, shop drawings, and support addenda preparation. Produce meeting minutes, organize plotting/printing, and support overall project delivery. Mentor interns and junior staff as needed. Qualifications LEED Accredited Professional preferred. Advanced CAD/Revit skills (CCA standards). Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and CA software.
