Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Marketing Business Manager (Chief of Staff) to fill an open position with one of our clients. This role partners closely with senior marketing leadership to drive operational excellence, executive alignment, and high-impact communications across a fast-paced organization. You’ll sit at the center of strategy, execution, and storytelling—helping leadership stay focused on what matters most while accelerating delivery across key initiatives. In this role, you will support a senior marketing leadership team focused on cloud databases and analytics solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and execution partner. You’ll help shape rhythm of business, enable executive decision-making, manage communications, and ensure teams remain aligned and accountable to priorities.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving rhythm of business (RoB), including leadership meetings, executive reviews, OKRs, and action tracking
- Partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment across marketing, engineering, finance, and field teams
- Leading internal communications and supporting external-facing executive messaging and social content
- Advancing work independently by synthesizing inputs, identifying risks, and driving initiatives to completion
- The Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years of experience in business management, chief of staff, marketing operations, communications, or consulting
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders at the GM or CVP level
- Strong executive-ready written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority and operate as a peer to senior stakeholders
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
- High ownership mindset with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear, high-quality outputs
- Preferred experience in enterprise technology, cloud marketing, or executive communications
