Responsibilities
Curate, optimize, and manage large-scale digital content collections, ensuring customers receive relevant, engaging, and high-performing content experiences.
Analyze content performance metrics, customer engagement data, and experimentation results to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
Partner with content, design, product, and business teams to execute content strategies, evaluate experiments, and improve customer-facing experiences.
Manage content publishing workflows, metadata, lifecycle management, reporting, and CMS operations while maintaining high standards for quality and consistency.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in content curation, content strategy, digital merchandising, or content lifecycle management.
5 years of experience managing large-scale content collections using CMS platforms, publishing tools, metadata frameworks, and content governance processes.
3 years of experience analyzing performance metrics, customer engagement data, dashboards, reporting tools, and business insights.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, content quality evaluation, customer experience optimization, and content performance measurement.
Experience creating data-driven recommendations that influence business decisions, content investments, and product strategy.
Excellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
