What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Assistant position at Agency 3-2, LLC?
Agency 3-2 is a boutique experiential agency behind some of the most talked-about brand activations in culture—working with brands including Nike, Foot Locker, Jordan Brand, Complex, and more.
We’re looking for a full-time Creative Assistant to work directly alongside our Creative Director while also supporting the operations and logistics of 3-2 Design, our in-house customization and fabrication division.
This is not a coffee-and-copies role. You’ll be inside the process—from the first brief to the final render, and from production planning through on-site execution. You’ll help keep the creative engine running, support the operational details that bring our ideas to life, and give our Creative Director the space to remain focused on high-level creative direction.
This role is ideal for an emerging creative who is ready to do the work and learn what it takes to build and execute world-class brand experiences. You should be excited to contribute creatively while also taking ownership of the organization, coordination, and logistics required to move projects forward.
– Organize and maintain creative briefs, mood boards, concept notes, and project information across active projects
– Build and format presentation decks using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
– Gather reference assets, visual inspiration, product information, and research for brand activations and event builds
– Attend creative reviews and capture notes, decisions, responsibilities, and next steps
– Support day-to-day file management, including version control, folder organization, and asset libraries
– Track receipts, vendor documentation, project expenses, and budgets in Google Sheets or Excel
– Support the day-to-day operations and logistics of 3-2 Design projects from initial request through final delivery
– Help track project timelines, production deadlines, approvals, inventory, materials, and outstanding deliverables
– Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, artists, customization partners, and internal project teams
– Assist with ordering, packing, shipping, receiving, and organizing products, materials, tools, and activation supplies
– Maintain organized records of inventory, product quantities, vendor costs, shipping information, and project statuses
– Help prepare materials and supplies for customization events, installations, and on-site activations
– Identify missing information, flag potential delays, and follow up to ensure projects continue moving forward
– Be present virtually and on-site for key activation moments
– Assist with event setup, breakdown, product organization, and on-site 3-2 Design operations as needed
– Experience or education in design, marketing, communications, operations, creative arts, or a related field
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign at minimum
– Comfortable and confident using Google Sheets or Excel to organize data, track budgets, maintain inventory, and format documents
– Highly organized and able to manage creative details, operational tasks, and multiple deadlines at once
– Digitally sharp—you know your way around software and can learn new tools independently
– Strong communicator who takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and follows through without being chased
– Detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of logistics, documentation, and project organization
– Comfortable moving quickly in a startup environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same
– Willing to support both creative development and the operational work required to bring ideas to life
– Available to travel for on-site activations as opportunities arise
– Experience with Canva, Figma, or other visual design and presentation tools
– Familiarity with project management platforms such as Notion, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
– Prior experience supporting a creative, design, production, operations, or marketing team
– Experience coordinating vendors, tracking inventory, managing shipments, or supporting event logistics
– An interest in customization, apparel, footwear, fabrication, experiential production, or event design
– A portfolio, personal project, or creative presence that shows us how you think
Agency 3-2 is a boutique experiential agency that builds brand moments for some of the most culturally relevant names in sport, sneaker, and lifestyle culture. We move fast, take the work seriously, and operate at a level most agencies our size do not.
Our in-house division, 3-2 Design, brings customization, product design, fabrication, and interactive consumer experiences into our activations. From one-of-one products to large-scale event moments, the team is responsible for turning creative ideas into tangible experiences.
We are a small, intentional team, which means everyone receives real exposure, real responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
