Position Overview
Our enterprise client is seeking a Digital Copywriter to join their in-house creative team full-time out of Miami, FL. This role is hybrid, in office Monday-Thursday. The digital copywriter plays a key role in shaping the brand's voice across digital platforms, influencing how audiences engage through strategic storytelling and compelling content.

As part of an in-house team, you'll craft engaging, brand-aligned copy across social media, websites, email/CRM campaigns, and emerging digital channels. You'll develop ideas that resonate with diverse audiences, adapting tone and storytelling to platform-specific behaviors and trends. This role will work 70% on social media copy, and 30% across other brand copy. 

Key Responsibilities

• Concept and write for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), tailoring voice and tone to each channel
• Create brand-aligned copy for campaigns, websites, email/CRM, and digital touchpoints
• Develop and present creative concepts for integrated, multi-channel campaigns
• Apply audience insights and performance data to refine messaging and optimize results
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, high-impact creative
• Stay current on trends, platform behaviors, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital copywriting or content strategy
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and multi-channel work (social, web, email, campaigns)
• Proficiency with content and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, project management platforms)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
