NOW HIRING MACHINE OPERATORS-ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE!!
19–$22 per hour | Weekly Pay
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Carol Stream, IL. We are looking for dependable candidates with experience operating machines, plastic molding equipment, press machines, CNC machines or other types of manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and basic blueprints.
- Complete production and quality documentation.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow safety procedures and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is required or strongly preferred.
- Experience with CNC, plastic molding, injection molding, press machines, EDM, or other industrial equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with measuring tools, hand tools, or basic blueprints is preferred.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and identify quality issues
- Reliable attendance and a willingness to work overtime when needed.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $19–$22 per hour, depending on shift and experience.
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Overtime may be available, including some weekends, depending on production needs.
