Electronics Repair Technician -- MULTIPLE ROLES FOR 2ND SHIFT

Electronics Repair & Assembly Technician

We are looking for Electronics Repair & Assembly Technicians to join our team in Buffalo Grove. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, taking things apart, putting them back together, and learning how electronic products work.

You do not need to be an electronics expert to be successful in this role. We are open to entry-level candidates who have a good mechanical mindset, pay attention to detail, and are willing to learn.

Candidates with previous experience in electronics assembly, computer repair, mobile device repair, or other hands-on technical work are especially encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Assemble, disassemble, and repair electronic equipment and components.
• Work with a variety of electronic components and products.
• Replace parts and components as needed.
• Perform basic testing and inspections to make sure products are working properly.
• Clean and prepare equipment for repair or final inspection.
• Follow simple work instructions and repair procedures.
• Use basic hand tools to complete repairs and assembly.
• Identify common issues and learn how to troubleshoot problems.
• Record completed repairs and parts replaced.
• Work with the team to maintain quality and productivity.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous assembly, repair, manufacturing, or hands-on technical experience is a plus.
• Electronics assembly or repair experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience repairing computers, laptops, phones, tablets, or other electronic devices is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to follow written instructions and learn new processes.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

No prior experience with our specific products is required. Training will be provided.
