CNC Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay: $19–$21 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Manufacturing
We are currently hiring CNC Machine Operators and experienced operators of similar manufacturing machines to join our growing manufacturing team in Carol Stream, IL.

Available Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $19.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $21.00/hour
Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday. Overtime may be available based on production needs.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines or similar manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during production.
- Perform machine changeovers as needed.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to check part dimensions.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or production issues.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Report equipment problems or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous CNC machine operating or similar manufacturing machine experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to learn machine operations.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers is a plus.
- Ability to follow written instructions and recognize quality issues.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule.
