- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pay: Starting at $21.50 per hour

What you'll do every day- Set up, run, and fine-tune production machinery to meet exact specifications
- Complete efficient job changeovers and machine setups
- Track machine performance and make adjustments for peak output
- Inspect and test parts to uphold strict quality requirements
- Handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Record production data accurately and escalate concerns to leadership
- Follow safety practices and keep a neat, organized work area
- Work closely with teammates to meet daily targets and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude with practical problem-solving ability
- Comfort working both independently and within a team
- Clear communication skills and sharp attention to detail
- Knowledge of production processes and basic troubleshooting
- Physical stamina for repetitive, hands-on tasks
