Responsibilities
- Manage billing and collections
- Assist with Medicaid applications and financial documentation
- Meet with residents and families regarding financial obligations
- Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals
- Monitor aging reports and private pay accounts
- Maintain accurate business office records
Qualifications
- Billing, collections, or business office experience preferred
- Long-term care experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
