Pay
$39.00 - $41.50 per hour
Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes shift differentials.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and medications to residents
- Complete assessments and documentation
- Communicate with physicians and care team
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Support daily nursing operations
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
