Responsibilities
- Assist with oversight of daily nursing operations on an assigned unit
- Support and guide CNAs and nursing staff throughout the shift
- Help ensure quality resident care and timely clinical documentation
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
- Promote a positive and professional care environment
- Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts LPN license required
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
