Responsibilities Include
- Assessing patient conditions and monitoring vital signs and telemetry data
- Administering medications and treatments following standards
- Preparing patients for procedures and assisting physicians
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensuring patient safety, infection control, and documentation accuracy
- Educating patients and families, advocating for patient needs, and coordinating discharge
- Managing multiple patients efficiently and maintaining a safe environment
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting and movement
- Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and utilize PC skills
