- Coordinate and implement patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Provide individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current nursing licensure in Illinois.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Deliver direct patient care during night shifts, including assessments and care coordination.
- Ensure clear communication with healthcare team members and patients.
- Engage in professional development and quality improvement efforts.
