Registered Nurse - Critical Care (ICU)

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. Working under general supervision, the RN coordinates patient care via the nursing process and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and compassionate care skills
