Role: Phlebotomist responsible for collecting blood samples and specimens, ensuring accurate data entry, preparing specimens for testing, and maintaining patient and specimen logs.
Responsibilities: Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all age groups, handle specimen processing, provide excellent customer service, and complete administrative duties. May travel to additional sites as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency, or 3 years of experience. Preferred: bilingual in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with 3 years of experience.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, customer service, ability to work independently or in a team, reliable transportation, and flexibility for overtime. Must pass color blindness test.
