Preferred Home Care of New York, a fully licensed Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area and beyond, is seeking an experienced, Onboarding Specialist for our Brooklyn Corporate Office who is a strong communicator, pays extreme attention to detail, and is committed to excellence in employee satisfaction. The onboarding specialist will maintain corporate decorum at all times while responding to new hire inquires in a professional and confidential manner. This individual will educate all new hires on their employee benefits, company policies, compile all new employee files, while enjoying being a part of an ever-expanding team committed to employee fulfilment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent customer Service Skills
- Experience with public speaking and or conducting presentations
- Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts, take action and resolve issues
- Committed to and skilled in the principle of confidentiality
- Excellent reporting skills
- Experienced in maintaining records
REQUIRMENTS
- Must have at least 2 years of onboarding experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Proficient in preparation of reports and presentations
